Digital docs
Moving from paper to digital has never been as easy as it is today. Our Digital Documentation platform allows you to send out personalised and protected documents to your users to their mobile phone. From statements to contracts we cover it all.
Our digital documentation platform allows users to design and execute what is usually saved for paper based communication. It has uses in sending:
- Statements
- Contracts
- Fines
- Sensitive notifications i.e. collection letters
Documents can be password protected and once opened the user can make use of options such as:
- Make payment
- Digitally sign (on their phone)
- Request a call
- Email themselves a copy of the document
What's more, the communication and document can even be sent "Registered" whereby it is legally viewed in the same light as a registered document sent via the South African Post Office but at a fraction of the price
